My family has been going to see Dr Patel for years. Recently my daughter had some insecurity about her cleaning and visit. Dr Patel put her at ease... and really comforted her as if she was his own daughter. What he did for her was beautiful and I will not forget it. The office is welcoming, clean and the dental chairs are so comfortable. I had a wisdom tooth extraction consultation with Dr.Patel, he was very... thorough, friendly and made me feel at ease. He took his time to explain the process, the risks and what to expect. The consultation took about an hour and they sent me home with a treatment plan along with the cost. I look forward to having my wisdom tooth extracted at Infinite Smiles!read more

Going to the dentist/orthodontist is not something that people typically want to do. But when you do have to go, Dr. Patel is the best I have ever... met. Even your initial contact with his professional staff makes you comfortable. They are knowledgable and will educate you about your procedure as much as you want to know. This time spent just talking/educating people is not directly how they make money, but they spend the time anyways, never rushing, always asking you questions and, most importantly, *listening to your answers. Your comfort is obviously one of their core values.Dr. Patel himself is a naturally warm, and extremely kind man. He too is patient and will never rush you or your decision-making. He is also obviously skilled and efficient.The post-surgery care instructions were well-explained and helped a great deal and they are always available for questions after.People don't want to have this work done. But when you need to, you have to call Dr. Patel.read more

From the moment I walked in, to the minute I walked out I was treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness. The front desk staff was polite... and helpful. Dr. Patel was so great and even let me know what procedures I might need in the future. My dental assistant was so professional and sweet and made sure I was comfortable for the entire procedure. There's no one better than Dr. Patel in Ohio. The staff know and have retained so much more than any other hygienist I've met in the past. Truly a... great team and a beautiful facility with the newest state of the art equipment.
